He is a Khmer man fishing at a small pond in the suburb on Phnom Penh city. He got about 6 fishes in his bucket. It's Fishing Cambodia near Krang Thnong pagoda. The fish called in Khmer "Trey Kranh" but the name in English is Climbing Perch. He got 6 climbing perches and good size for cooking. I like grilled climbing perches with raw rambutan sauce.
